Q1. Is insurance included in the hire rates?
A. Yes, our fleet is fully insured through CIL Insurance and the Excess if required to be used is $750.

Q2. Does the camper/Caravan have a battery?
A. All our fleet have a 100amp deep cycle battery, which should give you between 3-5 days 12V power (basis on average power use)

Q3. Are annex walls available?
A. Annex walls are available on our full fleet as an optional extra

Q4. Does my car need to have electric brakes fitted?
A. Most of our fleet is fitted with adjustable A-frame brake controllers and can be adjusted to suit all vehicle types. The L663 require an electric brake controller to be fitted to the tow vehicle.

Q5. Tow Vehicle & Tow bar requirements?
A. Every vehicle has a maximum towing capacity and maximum allowed tow ball mass. Both being fundamental legal requirements to tow anything.

Q6. Trailer plug type?
A. F400 & MT450XC have 7 pin flat plugs (adaptors to 7 pin round are available)
B. L663S caravan has 12 pin plugs.

Q7. Are there any other Hidden Costs?
A. No, Insurance, GST, Caravan tuition, Gas are all included in hire rates. (unless your gas needs re-filling whilst on holidays.)

Q8. What if I have never used a caravan or camper before?
A. No worries. We will give you a full practical demo of how everything works before you head off. (Allow up to an hour to complete handover, depending on knowledge base)
